Winning a civil case or being able to mount a successful defence in criminal proceedings, relies upon the credibility of your evidence. Witness testimony, documents and audio and visual recordings, are the things most people imagine when they think of evidence. But things which cannot be seen, or are only discernible by expert evaluation, can also play a critical part in establishing the truth, especially in the absence of eye witness testimony or clearly visible and understandable exhibits.

 

We work with some of the UK’s most eminent and world renowned forensic scientists and analysts, in fields including DNA, fingerprint, voice and handwriting, toxicology, chemistry, accountancy, and digital devices and cyber sciences. We do not surcharge their fees.
